At the December meeting the Board approved a drafted change to the Enforcement Policy, which was sent to the community for comment. The purpose of the policy is to set the fines and enforcement actions for the community and the change included an increase in the total amount of fines. No comments were received. At the March 12, 2024 meeting, the Board voted to adopt the policy, which is included here and will be included in the annual policy statement.
