We recently sent out the newsletter to you all via email and to some via mail. Thank you to everyone who has reviewed it thus far - there is a lot of important information in it. We've attached it again here in case you missed it. 

We have received a few questions on the roofing project. As shared in the April 4 email updatae, the Association is replacing all the composition shingle roofs in the community. Composition shingles typically have an expected life span of 20-25 years. 23 of the 37 buildings in our community are roofed with composition shingles. The other 14 buildings in our community are roofed with red clay tiles. Tiles have an expected life span of 40-50 years and thus are not in need of replacement yet. 

 

If you can't seem to find the timing for the replacement of your roof on the attached schedule, that is because it is a tile roof and replacement is not yet needed or scheduled.
