There has been an update in the schedule of Black Diamond Roofing for the roofing replacement of the composition shingle roofs in the community. Black Diamond will now be beginning the work on Tuesday, May 27. This is roughly a 1 week delay. In general, you can expect the estimated start date for your unit to be pushed back a week. The original schedule is attached. 

 

We will continue to keep residents updated via email notifications about schedule changes. We will do our best to offer individual reminders per building a few days in advance of the start date of a new building.
