Ambridge at Windemere Residents, 

 

At the Board meeting on June 17, 2025, the Board of Directors adopted the updated Pool Rules, which you can find attached here. Please keep these with your Association records and review them with members of your household before using the pool.

 

The Board also discussed the proliferation of personal effects and potted plants that are being stored in the common area landscaping around homes and garages in our community. Potted plants, flags, landscape lighting, decorative statues, and other personal items are not allowed to be kept or stored in the landscaping around your home. The Association's landscaper has asked that we have these items removed as they are preventing the crew from accessing or cleaning and maintaining many landscaped areas. 

 

If you have any, please remove any potted plants or other items in the landscaping around your patio and garage. 

 

Management will continue following up with residents individually about the need to remove these items. If you would prefer not to receive a letter from the HOA, we would encourage you to pro-actively remove any items. Several of these items may be moved inside the stairs or on the patios or balconies. If you have any questions regarding what may be stored on the patios and balconies, please refer to the attached Balcony Rules.
